  • Get some fresh air and enjoy your favorite outdoor activity.
  • Embrace the arts by seeing a show, concert, museum or historical monument.
  • Visit a spa, salon or treat yourself to an adjustment to feel revitalized!

    Great advice. I do a lot of those things. What makes me happy is making others smile when I do something for them. Now I only have to get rid of these allergies. The RXs are taking their time working. Time to take a 96 year old lady's advice and take a hot shower and rub Vicks salve on my chest and a warm cloth and some Vicks salve on the bottom of my feet. My mother always said that's how we breathe. Wonder if that works for the ears, too? Maybe the rain/storm we had today will wash some of the pollen away. I'm still a little hoarse.
